Delivery time
The applicable deadline for calculating shipment date refers to working days from Monday to Friday.
For products requiring a customer-created print file, the following applies:
The delivery period begins one day after receipt of a viable print file or print approval before the data acceptance deadline and complete payment for the goods (including VAT). If payment in advance has been selected as the payment method, the date that the payment is received in the FLYERALARM Printing and Advertising Services L.L.C bank account counts as the date of payment.
For products that do not require a customer-created print file the following applies:
The delivery deadline begins one day after conclusion of the contract and following complete payment for the goods (including VAT). If payment in advance has been selected as the payment method, the date that the payment is received in the FLYERALARM Printing and Advertising Services L.L.C bank account counts as the date of payment.

Products requiring customer-created print files: How to receive your print order within the delivery time we have specified*
Keep to the print approval deadline of your print order!
A prerequisite for the delivery times* we specify (working days, Monday to Friday) is that the print approval deadline for the print job is adhered to.
Orders that arrive after the print approval deadline will be delivered with a delay of one working day.
The following criteria must be fulfilled before the print approval deadline, so that we can guarantee our specified delivery time*.
1. Upload print files
To ensure that we can start to produce your printing job, we need your print-ready file.
Send us your print files ...
- by uploading the file directly when you place your order.
- or by uploading the file via your customer account.
Alternatively, you can send us a CD/DVD containing your print-ready file.
We recommend selecting the "File Upload" option and doing so without delay; otherwise you run the risk of the delivery time being extended.
2. File check has been successful
After the file upload, we will check your file with our file check.
If your file meets our standards, your order will be given the status “File check OK”. You can see this in your customer account.
If your file does not meet our standards, printing will not be possible. We will inform you of this by email. Your order will then receive the status “Erroneous File”. You should then adjust your file to our standards and upload them or send them to us on a CD/DVD again.
As long as we do not receive a printable file from you, the delivery date will be delayed.
Please take into account the data sheet for your product.
3. Approve for printing
After your print order has the status “Data Check OK”, it may be necessary to expressly grant approval for printing.
- Basic file check with optional manual print approval
- Professional file check
Delayed print approval can lead to extended delivery times.
In some cases, we will automatically approve printing:
- Basic file check
- Professional file check with optional advance print approval
As soon as print approval has been granted, your order will have the status “File going to print”. Your order will now be produced. Once this status has been reached, no more changes can be made to the order.
4. Full payment for goods
Depending on the chosen payment method, we can only start production once we confirmed the receipt of payment, including VAT, in our bank account.
- For credit card and online payments, this can take up to 15 minutes from when payment is made.
- With bank transfers in advance it can take up to two bank working days from the input of the transfer by your bank until we receive your money in our account.
You can track the status of your order in your customer account.
Other factors that could delay the delivery:
- Re-uploading the print files on the day after the order is placed.
- Large orders of over 20,000 units can be shipped in partial quantities or partial deliveries.
Example calculation of a delivery date
